Return and Refund Policy

Exchange


1. If a customer wants to exchange the purchased product(s), the product(s) MUST be returned within 7 Days from date of purchase. No replacement or exchange will be entertained if the product(s) is/are returned after 7 days. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be subjected to stocks availability.

2. Only normal-priced items can be exchanged within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase with original receipt, original tags still attached and with any related accessories included.

3. 7 (seven) days exchange policy is strictly applicable only for size exchange and rare cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Items to be exchanged should be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with original attached tags. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for exchange.

5. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different item to exchange: • If the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount • If the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.

6. Please note that customer will bear the shipping cost for the returned products except for defective items.

7. STRICTLY NO exchange for Stock Clearance and Markdown price items.

8. STRICTLY NO exchange for items that have been altered.

9. STRICTLY NO cash refund.

10. ONE time exchange per receipt ONLY.

11. ZOFFYA reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above is not followed and fulfilled.

12. Applicable for purchases made in Malaysia ONLY.


Refund


1. ZOFFYA will only allow for refund under cases of wrong or defected item(s). We will exchange for the same item that is subject to stock availability.

2. Should the item to exchange is out of stock, a refund in STORE CREDIT form will be given due to our inability to fulfil an order.

3. No cash refunds will be issued. We offer store credit or exchanges only.

4. ZOFFYA retains the right to refuse any exchange/refund.


 

Non-Exchangeable Items


- Items received/purchased more than 7 days. - Used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions.

- Product not sold by Zoffya Ventures Sdn.Bhd.

- Product damaged by buyer.

- Free gift and samples

- Discounted items

- Due to hygiene reasons, worn and washed products are not returnable or exchangeable once the product packaging box or seal is opened.
