Defect yang terdapat pada setiap baju tapi MASIH BOLEH DIGAYAKAN, bukannya dalam keadaan koyak yang boleh nampak dsb, dan produk ini termasuk dalam defect dari segi :
1) Kekemasan jahitan [QC]
2) Defect corak (printed)
3) Tiada atau aksesori tidak lengkap
4) Finishing material
5) Sedikit kekotoran pada material
6) Koyakan kecil pada bahagian jahitan (tidak ketara)
7) Perbezaan Saiz +- 1 inch dari saiz asal
8) No Tagging
2] Adakah Boleh lihat / Minta gambar setiap produk yang Defect?
- Maaf, tidak boleh. Kerana kita ada lebih dari 500 Defect item
3] Kalau Koyak, masih dikira Defect?
- YA. Koyakan kecil pada bahagian jahitan (tidak ketara) masih dikira defect item, NAMUN, jika terdapat koyak yang besar dan menampakkan aurat / kulit anda, Ianya dikira REJECT dan boleh tukar serta merta dan kos penghantaran ditanggung oleh pihak kami
4] Kalau tersalah pilih Saiz / Corak / Warna, adakah saya boleh tukar dengan produk defect lain?
- TIDAK BOLEH. Item Sale, Defect item, aksesori tidak dibenarkan untuk melakukan pertukaran. Sila pastikan anda lakukan pilihan yg tepat dari segi Saiz / Corak / Warna untuk elakkan perkara ini terjadi
