Peninsular Malaysia is RM8.00
Sabah & Sarawak  is RM11.00

Delivery Time

We will ship on Next Working Day after payment. POSLAJU will usually takes 1-5 Working Day to deliver.

We will not disclose any content of the parcel during delivery.

Reminder: It is the buyer responsibility to be available to receive the parcel during the time of delivery. Delivery will be make during standard Working Day & Business Hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm). It is advisable to ship your parcel to the address that YOU are available during these time (Eg. Working Place or Office address). We are not taking any responbility for any delay of the parcel delivery cause by the addresee not available during the delivery. Poslaju DO NOT call before delivery

Please contact POSLAJU at 1300-300-300 for live updated your your parcel delivery.

Please note that you may be required to collect your package at Poslaju Centre in case delivery can not be made beacuse you were not available at the delivery address or given the wrong delivery address.

If parcel send back to us due to no collection or wrong address, customer are required to pay another shipping cost for re-delivery.

Late Deliveries:

We are not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond its control. Products will only be delivered to valid addresses and our courier partner will try to contact you if they cannot deliver your parcel. If you wish to have an update on the immediate location of your parcel, please contact the courier partner assigned . You may also contact us at zoffya.sale@gmail.com, if you have not received your order within 5 business days

Payment

We support following payment method:

-Maybank & Cimb Bank (Manual Transfer / Cash Deposit)

- Avana (Molpay) Online Transfer (Maybank, Cimb, Hong Leong, Public Bank, RHB)

-Paypal (Credit Card / Debit Card payment)

Shipping Policy

Most of the time, products that are in stock will be processed and shipped promptly as long as the online purchase transaction is completed. Sometimes, there may be delay in shipment or the product(s) is/are unavailable,  thus an email notification will be sent to you. No compensation or cancellation is allowed. Suggested replacement might be recommended to you. 

Customers can expect to receive goods within 7 working days from the day their online purchase is successfully completed and payment is made. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday and state, public and federal holidays. However, the transit time for the packages is subject to Poslaju delivery company. Please note that you may be required to collect your package at Poslaju Centre in case delivery can not be made beacuse you were not available at the delivery address or given the wrong delivery address.

If parcel send back to us due to no collection or wrong address, customer are required to pay another shipping cost for re-delivery.

The shipping costs are subject to the shipment rates from time to time.

International Shipping Services

All international shipping will be calculated during checkout at our system

Upon confirmation of your order, please allow 1-2 working days for preparation for delivery.

Import Duty & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what the charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped outside of Malaysia in accordance to legal requirements.
